- Do I need a card to start the trial?
- No. When the trial runs out your data stays where it is till you pick a plan.
- Do I have to pay for all of it?
- No. The core is customers, jobs, invoices and getting paid, so Solo is $19 a month with just that and $29 with everything on. Add-ons are switched on under Settings, charged pro rata from the day you turn one on and off the bill from the period after.
- Does the apprentice count as a user?
- Yes, anyone who logs in counts, whether they quote jobs or only open Today to find the next address. There's no cheaper read-only user.
- I'm on my own now but I'll hire soon. Which plan?
- Start on Solo, and when you hire you move to Crew from the billing page on the same account. It's $19 a user, so two of you is $38 a month with everything on or $24 with just the core.
- What do I get on Fleet that I don't get on Crew?
- Fleet starts at 10 people, at $29 a user with everything on or $19 with just the core. For that you get the dispatch board, an admin role, an activity log across the whole business, and you can hide prices from techs.
- Does it talk to Xero?
- Through a file, for now: there's an export formatted for Xero's import, so your bookkeeper stops retyping invoices. A live sync isn't built yet.
- How does yearly billing work?
- You pay for ten months and get twelve, so Solo with everything on is $290 a year instead of $348.
