These are the terms for using hibiz.
Last updated 3 October 2026.
hibiz is provided by [registered entity name and ABN to be confirmed]. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of the business you sign up. If you do not agree, do not use hibiz.
Your account belongs to your business.
One login belongs to one business. The person who creates the account is the owner and can invite other users, change their roles, deactivate them and transfer ownership. You are responsible for keeping passwords private and for what the users you invite do in hibiz. Tell us if you think a login has been used by someone it should not have been.
The trial runs for 14 days and does not ask for a card.
Every new business gets a 14-day trial of the whole product. When the trial ends the account becomes read only until a plan is chosen. Read only means you can open, search and export everything, and cannot add or change records. Data in a read only account is kept for 90 days from the day it became read only and is then deleted.
Prices are on the pricing page and include GST.
The plans are Solo, Crew and Fleet, priced as shown on the pricing page in Australian dollars including GST. A user is anyone with a login. Deactivated users do not count and invited users do not count until they accept. Fleet bills a minimum of 10 users. Yearly billing is 12 months for the price of 10. There is no setup fee and no contract beyond the period you have paid for. During launch, plans are activated by hibiz after payment is arranged by email, and the billing settings page says so.
You can cancel from the billing settings page.
Cancel plan stops the next charge. The account stays on its plan until the end of the period you have paid for and then becomes read only. Upgrades apply at once. Downgrades apply at the end of the period. We do not refund part periods unless the law says we must.
Your data stays yours.
The customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, payments, notes and photos you put into hibiz belong to your business. We use them only to run the service for you. You can export everything as CSV at any time, including while the account is read only. The privacy policy says what we store, where it is stored and what the AI assists send to Anthropic.
You are responsible for your documents.
hibiz lays out quotes and tax invoices in the format the ATO describes, using the ABN, GST registration, licence number and bank details you enter. You are responsible for entering them correctly and for the content of every quote, invoice and message you send. hibiz does not give tax, legal or accounting advice.
Use hibiz for your own business only.
Do not use hibiz to send messages people have not agreed to receive, to store material you have no right to store, or to attempt to access another business's data. We can suspend an account that does these things and will tell you why.
hibiz is provided as it is, and we keep it running.
We work to keep hibiz available and we take backups, and we do not promise it will never be down. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for hibiz in the 12 months before the claim. The Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees that cannot be excluded, and nothing in these terms limits them.
We will tell you when these terms change.
If we change these terms we will email the account owner at least 30 days before the change applies, and the date at the top of this page will move. If you have a question about these terms, use the contact form. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
